IMPORTANT: everything should be kept on ice during the experiment
  1. Start an O/N culture of E.coli in 2-5 mL of LB Broth (use the appropriate antibiotic if needed, i.e. Chloramphenicol for RosettaTM strains)
  2. Inoculate 200 mL LB with 3ml of O/N E.coli suspension
