Purification of DNA fragments from agarose gels using the QIAquick system

The Qiagen QIAquick system is designed to extract and purify DNA fragments (in the range 70bp to 10kb) from standard TBE or TAE agarose gels. Qiagen columns may be replaced with Denville SpinSmart columns
