siRNA transfection (high efficiency) using Lipofectamine 2000 Reagent

Final siRNA concentration: 160 nM
Harvesting time: 72h post transfection
Transfection method: reverse-like transfection (cells are transfected right after seeding)
Protocol is optimized for HCT116wt cells. If siRNA efficiency is high, it is recommended to scale down
